Payment Policy

Accepted payment options

  1. Online Payment (prepaid): You complete payment in full on copva.com for the order total including shipping.

  2. Partial Payment + Cash on Delivery (COD): You pay a partial amount online—typically equivalent to the shipping fee shown at checkout—and pay the remaining balance in cash to the courier upon delivery.

Availability: COD and partial‑payment options may be limited by destination, order value, courier rules, and risk checks.

Currencies & charges

  • Prices and charges are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. If your card or bank account uses another currency, your bank’s exchange rate and fees may apply.

  • Taxes/duties assessed by customs are not included in our charges and are paid by you at destination (see Shipping Policy).

Payment processing & security

  • Online payments are processed by reputable payment gateways. COPVA does not store complete card numbers.

  • We may use automated tools and/or request additional verification to prevent fraud.

Order confirmation & billing

  • For Online Payment, your order is confirmed when the payment is authorized.

  • For Partial Payment + COD, your deposit is charged at checkout and applied to your total; the courier collects the remaining balance on delivery.

Failed payments & holds

If your payment is declined or cannot be verified, we may place your order on hold or cancel it. You will be notified and invited to use another method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method(s) used:

  • Online Payment orders: refund to your card or account.

  • Partial‑payment orders: refund the amount(s) actually paid (deposit and/or COD, as applicable), subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Processing times depend on your bank.

Customs, duties & fees

All duties, VAT, and import charges are your responsibility and are not collected by COPVA at checkout (unless explicitly stated). Failure to settle these fees may delay or prevent delivery.
